Life & Business Coaching Training Course

General Background:

The field of coaching evolved through self and group work.  Coaching sessions deal with the client's exploration of self empowerment, personal growth, situations requiring change, improving relationships, decision making and building channels of open communication and allows the client to come to a desired outcome or goal.

The process of coaching aims to connect the client with his inner self in a non judgmental and accepting manner and to facilitate change in one's personal and professional lifestyle while enriching his surroundings. Being in touch with oneself is reached through beliefs and personal values that influence how a person flows with his daily life at home and in the workplace.  Coaching tools combine our emotions with our actions.

Coaches are not advisors.  The coach's role is to accompany the client along the path of change while the objectives, pace of coaching, definition of goals and desired breakthroughs are decided in a jointly manner.

The characteristics of the coaching process changes from person to person, society to society and from one group to another with the differences being dictated by the different needs of each client or clients.

There are many tools from the coaching field that can empower and advance the abilities of professionals who come in contact with different audiences.    Executives, advisors, therapists as well as education and training personnel can take advantage of these tools to enable them new and focused communication skills with the different people they come in daily contact during their work.  Coaching tools can facilitate, expand and focus the capabilities of workers, therapists, disciples and people in need of assistance in a meaningful way.  Coaching tools are also used to build stronger and more positive communication patterns between people in a couple relationships and/or with family members and may be used to create effective and positive patterns within the family.

The coaching profession has evolved over the last twenty years to become an additional tool to help advance, diagnose, empower and achieve goal fulfillment on a personal and/or business oriented level.

The scope of the course:

175 academic hours + 10 hours of personal coaching sessions + training on practical coaching. (2 clients) The course is unique and combines several coaching methodologies that are practiced world wide.  Knowledge contents from the business and therapeutic world will be combined in the course to be applied in the coaching arena.

The course combines both theoretical and practical knowledge by means of experience and practice.  During the course each participant will experience 10 personal/telephone coaching sessions by qualified coach.  As part of the course, each participant will be required to coach 2 individuals, free of charge, whilst receiving personal and group guidance during the course.

Classes will take place every Monday between 09:00-13:00 in Beit Shemesh Aviv.

At the end of the course, the participants will be required to submit a final paper based on the material taught during the course.  Participants completing all duties will receive a certified diploma issued by "Coach Israel". Our school is listed in The Chamber of Israeli Coaches and IKA – The Israeli Coaching Association.

Payment can be divided up to 14 payments without interest.
